LegalForge provides free document templates "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal services or legal advice.

By using the generators you agree that you are responsible for the documents you create and for complying with the laws of your state. A template is a starting point, not a substitute for tailored legal work.

The documents produced are created on your device. We do not store them, review them, or transmit them to any server. You are responsible for saving, printing, and safely storing your own copies.

You may use the documents you generate for your own personal or business needs. The templates themselves remain the property of LegalForge and may not be republished as a competing template service, but the filled-in result is yours to keep and print.

Do not use the tool for any unlawful purpose, and do not rely on a generated document where a licensed professional is required by law. Court, government, and recorded documents often have formal steps that a template cannot complete for you.

We may change the templates and this terms page from time to time as state practices evolve. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Check back periodically so you know the current rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site is handled in the jurisdiction where the operator is located.

Under no circumstance shall LegalForge be liable for any decision made or action taken in reliance on a generated document. Important matters, such as estate plans, court filings, or business formations, deserve review by a licensed attorney in your state.

If you find an inaccuracy in these terms or in any template, please report it by email so we can correct it. We keep a plain record of material updates for transparency.

If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest remains in effect. The invalid part is treated as removed, and the remaining terms continue to apply to your use of the site.

These terms may be shown in more than one language for convenience, but the English version controls if there is a conflict. We may add or retire templates over time as the library grows.

Your feedback helps us improve the templates. If you suggest a change and we use it, we may note the update in our internal record without publishing your name or email address.
